RENEE
Office Manager (Jersey City)
I love working for an exceptionally talented dentist and with a team that puts patients at the forefront! Whatever a patient needs to feel more comfortable during their visit, we’ll take care of it; all the patient needs to do is ask. I am here to help patients complete their needed dental treatment, offering support and encouragement. When a patient finishes a procedure and is happy with how things went, I’m thrilled!
I’m the proud mother of a special needs child, Christopher. I love that he feels at home at our practice, too! I do my best to promote our office and the care we offer when I’m out with Christopher, at the park and amusement arenas.
LISA
Head Dental Assistant
I love the genuine happiness on patients’ faces when they see how much healthier and attractive their smile is. Dr. Milman is gentle and encourages each patient to take control of their smile’s health. I prepare patients to see the doctor, explaining what will happen and answering questions. Then I work chairside, supporting both our patient and Dr. Milman. I also sterilize instruments, take X-rays, and stock and organize our supplies.
I come from a large family and have four sisters and four brothers. I also have a lot of nieces and nephews. My extended family is important to me and we spend a lot of time together. I enjoy reading, movies, and walks in the park.
MASHA
General Office Manager
I am responsible for all the things—small and large—that go into making the office run smoothly. My background is in computer science and I left my job at Citigroup to work with my husband Dr. Milman in 2007. I wanted to spend more time with him and the kids, and it’s a decision I’ve never regretted. There is nothing more rewarding than helping people get their smile healthy and their confidence back, and I feel so fortunate to do that with such an outstanding group of people. Our first priority is the well-being and comfort of our patients, and our team proves it every day.
I have been married to Dr. Milman since 2004. We have three wonderful children and a small dog CoCo and big golden doodle named Daisy. We love spending time with our family and friends in our free time, in addition to supporting numerous different children’s charities.
AURA
Insurance Specialist
I love working in a positive and supportive office, where we’ll do everything possible to make our patients smile. Each patient is important to Dr. Milman and our team. We work hard to get to know them on a personal level and build friendships with them. I help patients schedule visits, finding times that work with their busy lives.
I share my life with my son and daughter, as well as my husband and my dog.
